You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return items for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. The return window begins on the day you receive your order.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product in a different size or color, please return the original item and make a separate purchase for the replacement.
We provide prepaid return labels for all eligible returns within the United States. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you return an item due to our error (wrong item, defective product), we will cover all return shipping costs.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at donveilllc@gmail.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.
